I'll just go with 5 min epoxy since there is an auto parts store down the road that sells about 100 different varieties. This is my first rod and "thought" I had all the needed supplies.

I've done some searching on this forum and read that people use either hot glue or epoxy for gluing on the tip top.
The epoxy seems that most are using is a 5 minute epoxy. Is this the same stuff I can find at a hardware store or automotive store? Or do I need to buy a special fishing rod building 5 minute epoxy.
The same goes for hot glue that is, is the hot glue the same as generic hot g
