Im sure it will work. I'm am just trying to see if anyone out there has a comparison to say the Immortal, eternity, or even the rev blanks from Batson. Just trying to not build a rod and be disappointed and have it sit in the unused pile.

Hello,
I am wanting to build a rod for open water 5/8 oz rapala jigging raps snap jigging for walleye. I have always gone with the Rainshadow lines and found the IMMWS68MXF which looked to be ideal. I do how ever want to try an American Tackle Bushido blank and was wanting some feed back on the DS69/8-15 for this application as this is what they recommended.

Twitchy is the best way I can describe the tip of the ugly stik elites. With the rod in the holder trolling at about 1.5mph you can see the crank baits action in the tip. Lets you know that crank bait is working and not fouled with a leaf or a small fish getting dragged on it. You just see the tip twitching back and forth shaky like with the movement of the crankbait.
