hey all, i am building a 7'2" heavy bass rod. the rod was originally a 7'6" but the tip of the rod had to be cut off because it was bowed real bad. the problem is that now i need a tip top in black on black with a tube size of 11, and a ring size of 8. does anyone have one or can i even get one? thanks for the help.

hey dave, i bought the visual wrap program about a year ago. also bought billy's book. have not yet done anything with the program other than registar it. my computer crashed, bought a new one with vista home premium. are we with vista going to be able to use the program?

hey all, i was wondering about where to find a 13/16ths wood boring paddle bit to drill out a cork ring for the hood on a fly seat. do any of the sponsors on the left sell them? the hood for my seat measures to this size outside diameter. also do you epoxy the the hood into that first bored out ring? thanks for the help. this is my first attempt at a fly rod.

it isn't just the green. i just finished my first try at the famed 3d holo wrap. i used gudebrod metallic blue for the outer wrap. after applying the first coat of finish, i had about a dozen or more spots that i had to trim off with a razor blade as bill stated. and by the way thanks a million to you scott and bill c. for sharing this awesome technique with us.

i've not yet had that happen, but last night i was wrapping my first attempt at the famed holo wrap. i was using gudebrod royal blue metallic as my outer wrap. after applying the first coat of finish to the outer wrap i noticed that i had about 20 fuzzies in my wrap. i put on my maginfying head band and closely inspected the thread only to notice that on about every 3rd wrap off the spool the nyl
