1. Visual Weave
I purchased the visual weave program, and install it on my computer. I then went into the program, but it did not ask me to enter the license key. Tried to unload and reload the program, but have similar results. Tried to go on the help website, but couldn't log on, as I do not have a login or password set up....Has anyone else experienced this? If so what did you do?

Just wondering what is the difference , if any, from a salt water blank compared to a freshwater blank? I know the components, ie. eyes, handle material might be effected by use in salt water as compared to fresh water, but what about the blank? I see a number of blanks listed as salt water blanks---fly blanks as well as rig blanks---is there a diffence in the resin the manufacturer uses? Will

Thanks for the help guys. I did try to log on to the Visual Weave web site, but had trouble, but did find a post on the forum that directed me to the adobe file on the CD. Got the info I was looking for. For awhile I was getting a bit frustrated, and the comment you made Tom, about a "sucker," made me feel that I was a sucker for buying the program. But now I have the info I was lo

As was stated before you only need to hook the drive belt (o-ring to one of the drive pulleys at a time--for the job you are trying to do--drying to the small motor pulley--sanding handle and speed wrapping to the larger motor pulley)--if you still find you are having problems, I would next check the set screws on the drive and driven pulleys as sometimes they become loose and you may need to tig

I too have a pac bay Power Wrapper--I think Leon, those roller guides for the thread winding carriage are the same ones that are used on the rod rollers wheels--just with the oring removed. Take one off of your Power wrapper rollers, remove the oring and bolt it onto the bottom of your thread carriage, and see if it works--if it does, you can buy the rollers from any one who handles Pac bay Wrap

Ok, I tried pulling the thread--and that helps---the "buldges" are when I change to another colour thread--(sorry I know I'm not making myself clear) Ok--say I am weaving with a green thread (size A) and I now need to go to a red thread. In the wonder weaver I have these threads stacked on top of one another. The problem I seemed to be having is when I bring bring another colour fr

I have been weaving with the Renzetti wonder weaver for awhile.... I have been trying to do a colour weave on a fly rod--6wt., but am having a hard time manipulating the thread, so I don't have uneven bulges (I guess that's what you would call it.) I know there are many experts out there, and I'm not trying to get you to give away your secrets, but do many of you artists do colour weaves on fly
