I have been requested to rebuild a rod for a friend. It is a 8'6" GL2 two piece. He has had it for years and it has a lage nick/dent in the blank at the tip end. I ws tring to get info on replacing it but cannot find a rod like that made by G Loomis. Any help would be appreciated. Spencer Largo, Florida

I have a mental block (or I am just thick). Dale Clemens book "Custom Rod Thread Art" page 116. The picture shows the eye of the fish, sort of drawn in.
