I've just glue the cork ring together, and now I'm ready for shaping the grip. I don't know what is the good rotation speed, could you help me?

I did'nt know that a special tool exist. Isn't it difficult to do this with a long grip (14")?
For Spencer Phipps, I took the ID in the right place (butt end, reel seat place, and top of the grip), but there is e few difference between the butt end, and the low part of the 14" grip.

Hello,
I found every components for a Loop 14" line 9, except the grip. Everyone I found actually have a very smal ID (my blank OD : 0,6"). So I've got 2 questions, is it possible to increase the ID from 0,4" to 0,6" on the fore grip (14" long)?
and if I have to create my own grip, may I buy the lower grip with the buttcap, and only create the big one, and how should
