i added more pigment to the epoxy and after 5 hours the epoxy its not even tacky still very liquidy it was a lite build epoxy

it does not look like a dark black looks more like a light black it is an obvious color change

so im building a new rod for me and i would like to try out my first marble so im testing this on a blank i wont use anymore, im starting with black then ill try more colors but when i was applying the black marble i notice that when the light was too bright (flashlight) the black didnt seem like black anymore and more towards brownish color is it something i did wrong here?? i was mixing 3ccs wi

So im trying to extend the bottom part of a rod i just bought the blank is a gator t70h and would like to extend it about 2 more feet i have a piece of blank that would fit perfectly and its about 5 feet long it will fit nice and snug with of course some arbors will use dry wall mesh as arbors and rod bond for the epoxy slow cure since this will be a pier rod casting around 8oz to 12oz i need a

i dont know if its the right name but is the method that you put the first guide on the 0 degress and then 45 , 90 ,130 and so on my question is will this affect in any way when casting it from a pier?

Hello atm am painting an old rod that wrapped since this is my first time painting a rod i have already coated the rod 3x and i still see small streaks and such and i was wondering if i have to still sand it more untill i get it perfect smooth or can i just apply the epoxy and the epoxy will hide it... painting it white

So i just finished putting the finish on the wraps about 6 hours ago and i have looked at it and it looks with minor wavy and like very tiny pimples is there a way to kinda level the epoxy out am using threadmaster high build at 16 rpm
