I have used the tour grips with great success. Winn does make golf grips as well. They are very similar except they are not solid throught. They are perfect if you get your handle wet as they don't soak up water. I love them

Thanks I did the math by adding .07 for every number above 173 then multiplied it by 27 and got almost 18 so that was how we came with it but is there a chart that has the higher numbers for heavier ross

I just fished a head boat out of Clearwater fla this past Sunday Any grouper has to be 20 and 1/4 inches to keep. We were approximately 20 miles out in 60' of water aprox. The "house" rod had a penn 60 conventional the rod was 5' tall and only had 4 guides all of which had no ring inside. They all had a custom wood handle approx 12' We fished fluorocarbon line the biggest was 14
