Update. Received my blanks from Rich yesterday. There was a problem with one of the blank colors. Rich was extremely generous and told me to keep the blank and he would order me the correct color for free. That was very nice and professional of him.

Thanks very much Herb. That was very nice of you. I did email Ingrid last week and she said she would try to help me by contacting Rich. She was very nice. I really appreciate your help. Hopefully Ingrid will come through or maybe someone else on here knows how to reach Rich.

Wondering if anyone can help me. Back in March at the Sommerset fishing show I purchased two CTS blanks from Rich at RH Custom Rods. He finally returned my email in July and told me he had my blanks and would ship them when he returned from Icast. Since then I have called him and emailed him several times with no response. I am really nervous that I might be out over $400.00 I paid for the blanks

I measured this from the lip of my reel mounted on the rod and it put the choke guide about 12 inches from the tip on a 6'6inch rod. Did I do this properly and is this too close to the tip for the cho
