Just received my Eternity 2 9ft 8wt blank, upon inspection I noticed the tip section is about an .5 inch shorter than the other 3 sections. It is a nice clean straight cut. Has anyone else experienced this with thier Eternity 2 fly blanks?
Thanks

Daughter and I are going to be buildng a couple of 6wts this winter. Mine will be built on a batson rx8 hers an rx7 they will be used primarily for smallmouth and perhaps the occasional small carp. I was thinking a 12, and a 10 for strippers followed by size 2 single foots to the tip. any other suggestions or thoughts?

Just wanted to say hello from south central Wisconsin. My 10yr old Daughter and I started this addiction last winter and are getting ready for more builds when the snow flies. We have learned alot from this site and its members and look forward to making new friends
