These were made in California and I remember seeing an ad with Jose building the blank. Sabre was Sabre no other afiliates at that time. Back then (late 70's) I had paid $100. ea for them.

I have 2 old sabre blanks, 67" 685 looks and feels like 50-80 lb. and a 62" 665-4 looks and feels like 130 lb class. Both are the honey mustard color. Are these stand up tuna blanks as desireable now as they were back when. They worked great and were solid strong hi performing blanks. They have to be 30 yrs old but in perfect condition. Anyone have any info on these blanks and wha
