Hi Bill,
I built a Broncos spinning rod a couple years ago and the customer said the colors were perfect.
The Pantone colors for Denver Broncos are:
Orange: 165 C
Navy: 282 C
White: "Base Color"
Try using the following in Gudebrod:
Orange: 0221
Blue: 0050
White: 0002
Or, try using the following in ProWrap:
Clay (Orange): 213
Cobalt (Blue): 455
White: 807

I have upwards of 50+ blanks (and growing) in my shop and am looking for a creative storage solution for better protection and inventory management.
Currently, I just lean them against a wall or a cabinet, which works fine, but I would like to store them in a slotted or gridded storage bin of some sort.
How do you store your blanks?
Thank you, in advance, for your comments.

Wes,
I just built a 6'6" SCIII and have the same reel (6# Trilene) but have no problems with line slapping the blank whatsoever. Here is the guide placement and (guide sizes) I used - measured from the tip top:
TT
4" (7)
9" (8)
15" (10)
22.5" (16)
31.5" (20)
42.5" (30)
These are Fuji (LVSG) Gunsmoke Stainless , SiC Guides

For any interested parties...
The triangle cardboard shipping tubes are produced/printed by an (Orlando) Florida-based company called Dusobox Creative Packaging Group and they can be found at www.dusobox.com. I do not yet know pricing or part numbers.
The cardboard angles are called "edge protectors" and are available from Uline Shipping Supply Specialists and can be found at

Thank you all for your feedback and comments.
I have been using PVC for some time and while it works well I wanted to personalize shipping containers by printing our logo on the box and we also tend to ship rods in aluminum or nylon covered rod tubes so protection is important. I know both can be achieved with PVC but I think the neatly packaged cardboard box branded with a logo looks more pro

Thank you Bill. I, too, use the FedEx triangle tubes which are 36" long. They work well for some shipments but I am interested in longer tubes and having my logo printed on the box/tube.
Kind regards,
Jon

Thank you Roger. I do not see a triangle tube in 6' length. Do you have a part number? I called Uline earlier today and they said the longest they had was a 6" x 38" (Part # S7884).
Kind regards,
Jon

Does anyone know of a supplier that sells cardboard triangle shipping tubes in various widths and LONGER than 36 inches? Ideally, I would like them to be 48" long.
The problem I am having is that nobody seems to make them longer than 36" and I have checked with several common online sources (Uline, Amazon, e Bay, etc...) to no avail.
Thank you, in advance, for your comments.
