Hi everybody! I am getting ready to try and marble some guides and wanted to add some small trim wraps on the end. My question is should I wrap the guides in white thread, do the marbling, wait for it to dry, add the trim wraps, and put a final coat of epoxy over the whole thing? Or should I do something different? Maybe do the trim wraps and guide wrap all together, coat it in epoxy, and the

Hello all, I am building a 8'6 med. steelhead spinning rod with the new concept system and wanted someone to double check my guide placement because it seems off. The diameter of the reel spool is 1.6875 in. or 42.86 mm. I multiplied 42.86 by 27 and it equaled 1157.28mm or 45.5 inches ( I only had a tape measure on hand thus the inches). I measured this out and placed my choker guide. Then
