2 hrs ago I put on the first finnish on the threads, the temp. in my garage
will reach 90 degrees today. How soon can I put the second finnish coat? Would this evening be to soon or should I wait until tomorrow?

You can apply another application as soon as the first one is no longer wet/tacky. At 90 degrees that's only a few hours. So this evening will likely be just fine.
