Flag Wraps

I'd like to do an American flag wrap on a rod for my dad. Are there any online instructions for this? Is it in Custom Thread Art? Thanks. Alternately, a nice star wrap would work, too.

The flag wraps are in the Clemens book, Custom Rod Thread Art. Star wraps too.

I believe Flex Coat Company still prints a small pamphlet on how to perform various wraps - the Flag Wrap is one of those.

It is #52 in Custom Rod Thread Art. It doesn't look that tough, but you might need blue and silver HT braid(or something similar) for the stars.

The American Flag wrap is probably the easiest wrap to do but I haven't seen an online "how to" for it. I have used Astro blue/silver thread for the feild of stars. Only thing is, that the thread only comes in size "C" (I think). But, I was happy with the results of my wraps.
