Hi Coach, How are you?? How old is the machine, what is the condition of the machine, does everything work on it. I bought a Clemens lathe from a tackle shop going out of business, sight unseen by me. A friend who saw it notified me and said it worked. So I bought it, $250.00 It works, it has seen alot of hours on it. It is old. I used part of the thread carriage to build a new thread carriage asm for my wrapping Clemens lathe. This lathe I use for cutting and shaping grips, assembling grips and reel seats. This is the dirty work lathe. For me the price was well worth it. I have it in the basement away from the clean work. Check the price of new pieces using Clemens catalog that is on line. Then you can make a better determination. It is a great system and you will enjoy wrapping with it. Goodd fortune.
