I'm 1-1/2 years into this great hobby and very appreciative of forums such as this for great information. I have built a handful of rods since starting this endeavor and now I'm tackling an NFC (LMX SJ 745-4) travel rod. The medium heavy blank is 88" long and is rated for 1/2-2 oz. lures and 10-17 lb. test. This rod's primary function will be for snook/tarpon off the beach, matched with a Quantum Catalyst PT 40 spinning reel. The main line will be 30 lb. braid, topped with 20 - 60 lb. fluorocarbon leader and connected with an Alberto knot .
Question: Which Fuji SiC guide train kit would you lean towards? KL 209 H or 259 H? All responses are greatly appreciated! Happy Easter!

Attached is a link to Fuji’s guide recommendation for different applications.

If your using a short leader that won’t pass through the guides and determined to use the KR Concept do a 25H-12H-8M-7L-KT6 runners. I don’t have much experience with your target fish or 60lbs leaders but if you keep it short and out of the guides you should be good.
