Kerry has stated the principal involved in the "screw can" method very well. It's about vapor pressure. I never understood it this well until now. Nicely done!

After removing from the refrigerator, I allow my permagloss to reach room temperature before I open the bottle. I want to avoid any condensation of moisture from ambient air inside the bottle.
Truth be told, I don't know if it makes any difference.

Robert, makes a lot of sense. I take it out of the refrigerator and let it warm to room temperature just to have it warm when I use it. Never thought of condensation forming in the bottle if opened and used when cold. Makes a lot of sense that it would make condensation form in the bottle though.

Good tip.

I think I will apply the Permagloss outdoors. Don't want any of the fumes in the house. What is the ideal temperature for application? I am uncertain about the end results if I apply it in 40-50?F weather.

At 50F you won't have any issues with application. It cures by exposure to moisture/humidity. Not really very temperature sensitive in the way that an epoxy is.
