what guides for 11 wt. Musky Rod

I'm trying to put together an order for componenets, and am unsure of which guides best suit my needs. I've used Minimas and SF ceramics, as well as SF wire guides, in the past. All work well, for the various trout rods I've built, but, I've never built a rod to throw 500-600 grains, shooting heads, sinking tips, etc.
For this build, I am wondering about wear vs. weight and guide height. I want to stay with single leg options to eliminate the weight of the second wrap and finish.
While everyone uses different knots and line connections, what is a good starting point for ring size (specifically, what's the minimum ID you'd recommend)?
Minima vs. ceramic ring?
taller vs. shorter legs?
I don't have a bunch of surplus guides, anymore, so; it's difficult to try different things, without ordering a bunch of stuff I may never use again.
Thanks for any help

I'd use single foot ceramics on that rod and probably try to get away with #6s. However, if you're using loop to loop connections for any sort of shooting head to running line, #6's may turn out to be too small. Now if you're using a standard WF line they should work fine.
