CTS EPOXY CURE UPDATE

In a previous post, I mentioned the slow cure rate for the CTS Crystal Coat epoxy. It was taking 36 hours to cure at 70 degrees.
As I really liked the other characteristics, viscosity, clearness, and leveling, I built a drum style curing cabinet (thanks Roger) heated by light bulbs. Testing it on my last two builds, I now have cure time of 8 hours at 100 degrees. This is cured well enough to handle and pack and ship. Re: CTS EPOXY CURE UPDATE

One coat on a 4pc 9ft 5wt fly rod. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
