I'm searching for a 6'-6'6" xtra fast light blank. I've had no luck in finding one. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction

and what purpose /type off fish is the rod for ?? it is easier to direct you to what will work best in the taper you want

United Composites, used to be GUSA if you've been in the business a while, have in in 61/2 and 7 ft. Angler's Workshop carries the brand, others to the left also possibly.

Bushido ds69/4-10 .... Cut 3-6" from the butt and you have what you seek.

Might be tough to find a source, and it will add some weight, but if you get a 6' Fast blank, you could extend it 6" which will make it XF.

The United blanks are PU, or UC66LXF. Rated 2 to 8 lb. line, 1/32 - 5/16 oz. lures.

Point Blank, NFC, and MHX all have blanks in that wheel house. How much power is he after? What weights will he be tossing? Need more information.
