Yes, 2 that come to mind are CTS (any of their fly blanks can be ordered with an extra tip, just email Herb) and Anglers Workshop has a USA made IM-6 blank that comes with an extra tip.
There might be others too. Re: extra tip for fly rods

Just wanted to interject something that many may not know - bamboo rods that ship with an extra tip. That extra tip isn't there in case you break one (although it's handy if you do). The idea is that you don't fish the same tip on consecutive days. The combination of moisture and flex can cause a tip to take a set so the maker generally wants you to alternate tips from day to day. Modern methods and adhesives have negated this issue to a large extent, but it's still a good idea to alternate the tips.

good point Tom. Also, I think some bamboo makers will create a slightly different taper on the tip for a different action.
as for graphite rods, a second tip can be useful. Both rods I have broken were broken in the tip section. A second tip can help you keep fishing that day. eric fresno, ca. Re: extra tip for fly rods

Right, generally a second tip on a graphite rod, provided it's identical to the first one, is indeed insurance in case you break one.

A lot of good fly rod/blank companies will replace the tip for free if you break it, but of course if you break it out in the middle of nowhere you don't have a replacement. Re: extra tip for fly rods

Reading these posts I still would think that most will get you another tip if you ask Bill - willierods.com Re: extra tip for fly rods

Olde English Fly Shoppe sells blanks with extra tips. I have been generally happy with the quality, and when I have not been, Brian has offered exceptional customer service in the form of quick replacements. I've only built on his lightweight (3-4) blanks but have been happy with the product. Re: extra tip for fly rods
