This is just a bit premature - the actual anniversary is June 7th, but I'll do this while it's on my mind lest I be busy next week and forget it.

RodBuilding.Org has now completed 15 years online. As we enter our 16th year, these are the forum stats:

Registered Users - 10,568 (Forum)

Registered Users - 4,180 (Photo Page)

Number of Posts - 454,998 (84 per day average)

Photos (Photo Page) - 18,049

Looking forward to another productive year online.

I'm looking forward to another year of using this wonderful resource to "up" my rodbuilding game! I am a hobby builder and have completed about 35 rods or so, and I think I am getting pretty darn good at it - and the majority of my building "chops" I can attribute to this website! Thanks for the first 15! (and to all of the contributors)

Congratulations Tom! Great site, great magazine, and great Expo. How about an Expo here in the West? Colorado?

An Expo in Colorado wouldn't work. The demographics just don't allow for it. You'd still have to pull all the builders from the east coast, upper midwest, etc., which would require nearly all of them to fly in. Most won't do it. I doubt you could get more than a couple to three hundred builders at most to attend and the exhibitors couldn't possibly make out with such a small attendance. Sorry.

Tom,

Congratulations on your 16 year anniversary.

What would we do without Rodbuilding.org?! I check it every morning, first thing, and 'am continually amazed at the solutions shared.
