American Tackle 4 spool Carrier

I just purchased american tackle 4 spool original carrier for my wrapper from mudhole, [www.mudhole.com]. And so far I am having issues with it. The carrier wobblesbad as it goes down the track. I tried adjusting the wheel to no avail. And for the life of me cannot figure out how to thread the darn thing. It seems the tensioner was installed incorrectly. Any insight would be helpful. My wrapper came from Mudhole, the instructions with the wrapper said American Tackle, but the wrapper more resembles Pac Bay and my original 2 spool horizontal carrier more resembles the Pac-Bay Version.

Duane,
I am curious as to why a little bit of wobble causes any issues when wrapping? (But, with respect to the wobble, what is causing the wobble? Is the track straight? Are the wheels round? )
If the track is straight and if the wheels are round and contact the track equally, it would seem that the carrier would track straight.

It would appear to me that the thread simply comes off of the spool, goes through the tension device and then out the plastic eyelet to the rod I don't have one, but that would seem to make sense to me.

The description indicates that it is a 4 thread carrier with a single tension device. So, it would seem to me that you would only be using one thread at a time with this carrier.

I have this 4 spool carrier. Normally the thread comes off the spool, goes left-to-right around the tensioner, under the little spring and then back out through the front thread guide. The second thread guide, near the middle of the carrier, is useful when using the right rear spool position.
As I recall, one of the roller wheels on the bottom of the carriage is in a slot. By adjusting it backward or forward the carriage can be made tighter or looser in the track.

The wobble is more of an issue in getting the carriage down the track, It binds and dosen't roll as my 2 spool carriage does so I don't think it a track issue, It apperas that when your are wrapping and the carriage needs to roll with the thread it won't and you can't make minute adjustments as it binds. At least that is how it appears as I have not actually wrapped with it. In comparing the wheels the center wheel is not in line with the other two. Its more of a assembly issue that I want to work correctly.

The center wheel should NOT align with the other two. The offset provides stability / tension on the track.
