I have looked for this but can't find it on this forum , it was a web site that lets you play around with different colors of thread, when you
mix them,, then look at how it looks , I got it from this forum I think , but dam I can't find it now, can any one help ,

Visual Wrap and Visual Weave have the capacity, I think.

One of the thread suppliers might also have such a thing.

Do a search for Dave Barrett's Guide Wrap Designer, that may be what you're looking for.

These are the notes from the software:

"Unzip the attached files then double click on GuideWrap.htm.
The zip file contains 2 main things GuideWrap.htm and a
directory named threads. The threads directory contains
files that are the color samples that are used. You need to
unzip everything in the zip file. The threads directory must
exist in the same directory as GuideWrap.htm and it must
contain the color samples. Then, when you select a color
from the drop box it will automatically change. To change a
width type a new value then press enter or click some where
else on the page."

William If you drop me an email or unhide yours I can send you a copy of the programme that John posted .It can do everything that John described plus you can add your own thread colours & also change the colour of the blank .
