Phenix Rods and Power Ratings

Hey guys so I had a post a day or so ago on a Phenix M1. I am still interested in this rod as I have built on MHX and Rainshadow but not Phenix. I love both the other two, but I do want to try other brands out as well just to see what each brand is like. So how do power ratings on Phenix run? What I mean is with MHX blanks, I use MH for texas and carolina rigs, while with an Immortal or Eterenity2 blank I use a M for that same application. It seems Rainshadow to me runs a lot stiffer than MHX. Where does Phenix fall in line here?

I have also changed my mind as to what the rod will be used for. I said football jigs and that is still true, but I also want it to be a bit of a utility rod. Im thinking also pitching and flipping jigs, as well as texas rigs around 3/16oz. I should state that when I say pitching and flipping, it will almost always be 3/8 oz jigs into lay downs. However, I have never used a heavy action rod around here as my laydowns are just not that thick or dense. I have always felt a MH to be sufficient with most brands. I have a 7'2 Immortal MH and that is the stoutest rod I use. I would compare it though more so to a H than a MH for what I am used to. Basically, I want a rod that does not feel like a broomstick, but I also do not want a noodle haha.

I am looking at the Phenix M1 7'4 MH. How would that work for what I am describing?
