Carbon tube size for ALPS MVT and Textouch

If I'm about to put a carbon tube on my rod blank and then the ALPS MVT reel seat or a textouch mounted to that tube, what size on the tube should I get and what size for the reel seat for the tube to fit both in the back of the reel seat (where the 2 smaller cutout are) and in the middle where the big cutout are for blank exposure?

Or to put it in other words, if I want to replace the carbon insert in the back of the reel seat with my own carbon tube, whats the inside diameter of that part of the reel seat?

You might email ALPs or Batson Enterprises and have them measurement that part for you.

Mr. Svensson,
The I.D. at the back of that seat is 15.05mm. I hope this helps out. Thanks.

Matt the ALPS MVT seats in 14, 14.5 and 15 mm do NOT have the carbon insert. If you can get a tube that size all you will need to do is slide it on and mount to the rod blank.
