Going to use all three things, cork-wood-eva in a grip combination. will two part epoxy work or do I need to do something special on the pieces where I will be gluing in the eva? Also to mount to rod blank, I assume two part epoxy will adhere them all?

Two part epoxy will work fine for all of the different materials.

Be safe

Aaron, are you butting any of the eva together, or is it going to be used between the wood and cork? The reason I ask is epoxies will leave EVA with a hard glue line and it can seem almost like a metal edge in between the EVA. If you are butting EVA together you should use a contact adhesive, if you are using the EVA between the cork and wood you should be able to use an epoxy or urethane glue with out issue.
