Subscription Inaccuracies

In an effort to set the record straight pertaining to internet comments concerning the publishing and mailing of RodMaker:

1. RodMaker has been in publication for 18 years. During that period it has been published and mailed, on time, every time. Subscribers receive 6 issues for a year's subscription, which constitutes 12 months. The magazine is published bi-monthly. Again, not once has it ever been published or mailed late.

2. From the time it is mailed, around the first of each even numbered month, delivery will take 3 to 6 weeks or so, to reach every subscriber. The USPS will damage or lose approximately 1.5% of each total mailing. This is actually a very good delivery rate against the 14,000+ copies mailed each issue.

3. Any subscriber that has ever had an issue go missing or arrived damaged has had that issue replaced, at my expense, by simply emailing or calling to inform me of the problem.

4. RodMaker has never failed to fulfill anyone's paid subscription. Subscriptions are not "cancelled" and the subscriber left with owed unfulfilled issues. This has never happened.

Public internet comments to the contrary are simply false.
