Lite Finish for First Coat

Do you find lite finish better for first coats? If so, what's your favorite one? Been using Flex Coat high build UV formula mostly for first and second coats.

Thanks - Marc

Keep it simple - that's all I can handle!

I use flex coat high build for the first and only coat. Pretty easy to get a perfect finish with one coat. That way, there is only one drying cycle, when you are up against the shipping schedule.

Be safe

Marc

You can achieve any level of thickness or thinness with any of our finishes. It all depends on technique. Many people have many techniques. Personally, I use Flex Coat High Build and try to get it in one coat. I say try because sometimes I have stickups from the thread or some other blemish that needs to be shaved off and a second coat applied.

If doing a two coat process, you can saturate the threads by technique, finish formula, or thinning with acetone. Watch our video on applying finish at the link below.
