Tiger wrap over wrap

I know there has been quite a bit on this topic before but I couldn't quite find an answer when I searched. Should I go with NCP thread or nylon and colour preserver.

The under wrap is black and white and the over wrap is either going to be a dark "winston green" or a a lighter green.

Thanks guys.

The choice is really up to you, it doesn't matter. You just have to decide what you want the final color to look like.

I've done it both ways and it works fine.

Went with the ncp green and the effect that it creates is nothing short of awesome. I am waiting for the first coat to cure over the over wrap and I can't stop looking at it. It is also a lot simpler to perform than a lot of other eye grabbing decorative wraps. I dare say I may use this on a few saltwater fly rods from now on.

Thanks for your help.
