Blank ID please

I was digging my fly fishing gear out of the closet for my first trip to MT for this year, and the first time since 10-17-2012 when I tore both meniscus' in my right knee for the express purpose of chasing the Skwala hatch when I found a shipping tube in the corner.

Inside it is a 4 piece Lamiglas blank labeled XF 108-6-4.

This is a root beer brown in color. Can anyone tell me what I have?

I'd sent an inquiry to Lamiglas a couple of weeks ago but with them coming off a big weekend my message is probably lost somewhere in the system.

That's a good idea Bill except the label is already on the blank from lamiglas. I'm thinking this blank was stuck in the corner of the closet when we moved into this house around 2006 or so.

I have 3 boxes of pen/reel seat wood blocking the way but I can see some priority mail boxes and three PVC tubes there.
