I've got a set coming. The only disappointment is I can't get a tip to fit the blank. I'm hoping they'll release some larger ID TMNTT tips soon otherwise it will have to be a SIC. I might just take my time on that build lol..

Great Chris! Here's a photo showing the real advantage of TORZITE. The size 5.5 TORZITE on the right has the same ID as the size 6 SiC (left). By going to TORZITE you can downsize the frame size and reduce the top section weight by about 25% - with NO SACRIFICE in ring ID

I hear you Mark. I had to settle for a titanium SIC tip. NO big deal really but will be great when they develop the tips further.
Jim, great comparison shot!! The slenderness of the ring becomes more impressive as the guide sizes increase through the scale.

Jim you wouldn't have an update on this by any chance? Any new ranges for the tips expected?

Currently the MN is the best choice. We are hoping for a size 5 LG but right now it is only offered up to a 3.5 tube size. Knowing Fuji, I wouldn't wait!

Jim,

Last Saturday I place an order with Mudhole for some TORZITE Micro Guides and they are on back order. Any idea when you might be able to ship them some?

Thanks,

Don

It stinks that Fuji doesnt offer the larger tube tops. I didnt like the idea of not having the torzite advantage where the most friction occurs, so it kept me from trying them on my last rod. Hopefully they come with the kw20h so I can get an ideal set to justify the costs. Only time will tell
