Rod Handle that looks like a plug

There was an article in one of the Rodmakers that talked about rod handles made to look like plugs. I am looking for a website of who makes these. I am in the process of moving and all my magazines are boxed so I can't reference them. Any contact info on someone who makes these is appreciated. Thanks.

Hello Mike.

You need to talk to Bill Ballou.
Buy the way the article is in Volume 16 Issue 1.

Tight Wraps.

Bob,

New Bern, NC.
