Solid aluminum gimbal, while repairing a EATMEY Off -Shore trolling rod, with a loose reel seat. The gimbal had to be cut-off, it was a solid aluminum gimbal with a .094 ID to fit the blank. Never saw a gimbal like that in all my repairs, Does any one know where to get one?

have you tried to call the company that makes the rod and see if they can send you one
If no good Find some thing similar from a supplier on the left and see if the customer likes it Bill - willierods.com Re: Solid aluminum gimbal

Bill:
Looked them up on internet, looks like they produce inexpensive off-shore rods, the rod sells for about $59.00. Doing the repair as a favor for my neighbor. The reel seat had friction tape as a bushing, will repair with arbors, and use a Pac-bay gimbal. Rich Re: Solid aluminum gimbal
