I hope everyone is surviving the frigid winter okay.

I apologize about the lack of newsletters lately but things have been crazy.

The Round-up is just around the corner and we have a great day planned. We are having our discussions in a more personal "round table" format. Thank you to Rich Kendall for all of your hard work putting these together. Here is the line-up.

Feather Inlays-Vic Heal
Fool Proof Decal Install- Don Morse
Rod Classification- Matt Lubaway
Tricks and Tips- Bob Clark
Ultra lights-Randy Kruger
Paper Decals-Gary Marquardt
Snake wraps-Don Morse
Basic Guide Layout- Keith Corwin

Large Group- American Tackle Product Line-Up via Skype

FOOD....... our MRB lunch ladies (Ann & Nancy) have put together a list of what we will be looking for for food help. Here is the message I received last night.

We need the following categories filled. Please make enough of your dish to
feed 10 - 12 people (we are hoping for about 50 people to attend)

Muffins/Donuts: Need 5 people

Meat Dishes: Need 6 people
Salads: Need 5 people
Snacks (chips, nachos etc): Need 4 people
Veggies: Need 5 people
Casseroles: Need 5 people
Buns with butter: Need 4 people
Desserts: Need 5 people

Please let Ann Monk ([email protected]) or Nancy Richer
([email protected]) know which category you would like to bring from
and a master list will be kept.

Don will keep everyone informed as categories fill up.

Thanks,

MRB Food Ladies!

Please contact them or me if you are interested in bringing a dish.

SHIRTS..... I will be putting in one more order for shirts. They are $10 each, your choice of color. The logo is white so darker shirts work best. The popular colors have been Maroon and Black. I need your shirt order by 3/20 in order to have them for the show.

I have been asked by several people if I will have Microwave Guides again this year for sale.....I guess I will. Let me know which ones you need and how many and I will make sure to have them.

We have a BUNCH of new sponsors this year.... I guess word is getting out about our events and we are impressing someone.....Thanks guys and gals. Right now we have well over 100 items, including 2 dozen blanks, to give away so everyone will be walking away with plenty of stuff.

I will be sending out a weekly newsletter now until the event...see you soon

I forgot to mention the non-rod contest. Build any item of your choice that is not a fishing rod but utilizes rod building techniques....let your imagination run wild. There is a HUGE prize for this contest and it will be voted on by everyone in attendance.
