Has anyone used the color change pigments from Riley Rods?

How strong is the color shift? Does it compare to the color shifts of Duplicolor Mirage paint or a color shifting nail polish such as Revlon Chroma?

Not familiar with either of the items you mention, but have used the Riley pigments, a lot of the effect depends upon how much pigment you add to the epoxy. Contact Mike at Riley, he's the expert.
