Question about ICRBE

Could someone here point me to the details as to what a manufacturer of a product would be allowed to do at the ICRBE? Let's say I have a product that is going to be stocked and sold there by one of the dealers, but I am not going to have my own booth space space. Can I help work the product out of the dealer's booth? What about a space in the hall for me to demo it? I could not find any details to this effect on the event website. Thanks.

Only those businesses and persons who have exhibit space can market, promote, advertise, sell, etc., their product or service there. If you do not have your own exhibit space, you wouldn't be allowed to do anything related to your product or service at the event, including working from or in a dealer's booth. It doesn't matter if 10 dealers there are carrying your product - if you don't have your own space, you can't push your product at the event. That also includes wearing your company clothing. Don't do it unless you have a booth.

Ok I know some shows do things this way but it seems like I should be able to support the dealer who may be carrying my product by doing a little networking there. The dealer did buy booth space so I would be helping one of your exhibitors.

No, you'd be helping yourself, on my dime.

If you want to support your dealer, which ultimately benefits you, buy a booth and do it.
