You can apply finish when the CP is dry.

It would be almost impossible for anyone to sell you how it will take to dry CP with the aid of a blow dryer. Too many variables involved.

All things considered, I'd take the safe route and just let the CP dry overnight at room temperature.

Listen to Tom
i have with certain CPs forced dry and they dried colored like they were burnt ??
Let dry over night It only takes about 30 mins for them to set and take off the turner depending on how warm your place is

Forcing any thing to dry only gets you in trouble

If you do and need to get some thing dry fast Do use the heat ( lightly ) Don't over heat and get things to hot
