Just received a set today and unsure of the coating on the guides. Have posted a pic but not clearest. It's like polished and unpolished in spots is this normal. Cheers

G'day Chris

I noticed the same thing it looks kind of mottly in appearance.Maybe its the tion coating they use on the reduction guides.Didnt seem to notice if
its on the running guides.Need to put the glasses on for that.Very happy with the guides i have been giving them a bit of a work out and cant fault
them at all.

cheers
