When using cork on a KDPS, do you guys use a winding check glued to the cork or not? The foregrip that I made has rubberized cork at the end. Being that I've never used a KDPS before, I'm just wondering how the cork will hold up over time without some protection. Re: KDPS foregrip question

The cork becomes part of the hood nut when you glue it to the sleeve. It spins up and down the blank when you loosen or tighten the reel in place to keep the threads hidden. Do not use a winding check. The rubberized cork will hold up fine. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
