I've been getting some feedback on the Magic Marble Paint, so I wanted to address a common issue. For those that have tried it, when you swirl the paints, you sometimes get an "opening" in the paint that will allow the primer to show through. I had the same issue when I started, but have it figured out for the most part to prevent this. For my example, I'll use black, purple, and green to explain.
Drip black first (1), drip green(2) within black, drip purple(3) within the green, and black(4) within purple. You will have 4 concentric circles with one inside the other. Start your swirl at (4), the center, and when you do your pattern, never go outside the (1) outside border. Also never start outside (1), the outside border, where there is no paint, and move your swirl in. If you do, you'll also bring in "openings." Using the technique above, you'll have minimum "openings." What little openings that do occur, you can use a paint brush or toothpick with some of the Magic Marble paint and fill in the voids. For those of you that are trying it and sending me pictures, I appreciate it and keep them coming. I also appreciate all the feedback. This helps me address any problems that people are running into. If you run into any issues, just shoot me an email. ReedRods@gmail.com Jeremy Reed Reed Rods www.reedrods.com www.reedrods.com/shop Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
