Thank you. I did decide to become a sponsor. Tom has worked hard to have a great site and I didn't want to violate any rules regarding advertising. I also wanted to let people know where they can buy the paint from.
I've got a very simple website I designed up that you can order from and use PayPal to pay. Also, you can send me your orders at ReedRods@gmail.com. There are 30 colors and two kits available. The Primary Color Kit is the hot item right now. It is 6 colors and you save about $9. The new US bottles are double the size of the ones I tested with. The colors can be seen on both my online store and on my facebook page - Reed Rods. As far as availability goes, there are only two people in the US that are dealing in the paint. The US distributor, Peachtree Global (you'll see they're website on the bottles), and myself. From my understanding, I am going to be the exclusive dealer in the fishing rods arena. If you attempt to order from Peachtree, and the find out it's for rodbuilding, you'll be sent to me. The costs are the same whether you order from me or them. My hope is people order from me; my profits, after taxes, go to student loans and my daughter's college fund, so any little bit helps. I have no problem with anyone contacting me about the product and how to use it. I am new at selling items, so I am still learning as I grow. I've had a number of orders already, and I think you could ask any of them how they were treated and about the shipping times, and they would be happy with everything. That's not to say that mistakes will not be made, but I just want people to know I will do my best to make things right. Right now, I only take payments through paypal. I will also accept checks if mailed to me, and the product will ship after the check clears. My shipments typically go out on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday right now. Right now I am just selling Magic Marble paint, but I do look at adding custom grips/reels seats that are Mad-Swirled to the list. Right now, I have a few kits left, but I'll be placing another order this weekend for more. I've attached my website below and a link to youtube from the distributor that shows it's use on a number of items. Once I get moved and set back up, I'm hoping to have up some youtube videos that show the uses with rod building. We cover north america, but I will look into shipping to you. The product is out of Germany, and available in many European markets, so they may be a bit cheaper on shipping. I will look into what I need to do to ship to Australia. Re: New Sponsor

Hi Jeremy,
Very interesting product. Good fortune with your endeavor. The fishing rod environment can be hard on equipment. I like the idea of dipping eva grips. How will the paint hold up especially when using rod holders and all the slimy baits we use. Thank you in advance. Capt Neil Faulkner Re: New Sponsor

To be honest, I haven't tried them in rod holders. If you use pour foam, carbon or fiberglass sleeve, dip, and put on the top coat of epoxy, they would hold up as well as any carbon fiber grip in a rod holder. By using a sleeve, you add more structural support so this will be the strongest. For my bass rods, I use 8lb pour form sealed up and primed, dipped, and then a top coat of epoxy sold for carbon fiber grips, and no sleeve, unless I'm wanting some if it to show through. On the EVA grips, I haven't got to fully test them out. I wouldn't recommend the product for the foregrip on deep sea rods because the of deep bends into the foregrip area. I don't see a problem with the rear and butt grip, as long as a top coat is put on. I haven't got to test EVA on rods yet for durability, so the verdict is still out on them. I have a few customers that got the product to try on EVA and they are supposed to let me know how it is holding up. Re: New Sponsor
