Which stays brighter?

I am willing to get a spool of thread (Gudebrod, red) and can´t decide.
Which colour would stay brighter or with more "light" Scarlet or Rust?
Thanks!

Ablerto,
Try the 326 scarlet and underwrap it with gold. Do not put a color preserver on it and you will get a very brilliant red that is very bright in the sunlight. I have done several of these and customers love the color and brilliance. Use the standard thread (NOT) the NCP thread. This almost produces a candy apple red affect.

I have had great results with the candy apple red over white acrylic paint or silver metallic thread, using color preserver in both cases.

Rick, when you say underwrap with gold are you talking about metalic gold thread or some other type of wrapping material?

Thanks!
