Microwave guides on a ultra lite

I have used both the 20 and 30 mm microwave sets on much heavier blanks that what I am looking at now. Is there any reason for concern when using them on ultra lite builds like on a fly blank? Re: Microwave guides on a ultra lite

No, they'll be even better on the lighter blanks and with lighter line.

Hello, for my UL rods, I use only the stripper and transition guide of the set, and I use size 4 or 3 for running guides. Re: Microwave guides on a ultra lite

Used RECOIL fly guides for a 10' 6 wt fly rod and am really satisified with the results. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
