I have a pair of Daiwa rods from the early eighties as fsr as I know. They are 7' long, 5 guide spinning with EVA grips and aluminum seats. They are labeled #1583. They arre fiberglass. They appear medium heavy to heavy and I would like to know what their intinded purpose was. if memory serves me, my grandpa used them inshore for big cats aaround floridas east coast. Any ideas
