Greetings, Hopefully everyone has made it home safely from the ICRBE. I am curious if anyone has tried to adapt a Renzetti thread carage to fit a Batson power wrapper? I would like to own a Renzetti lathe, but its just not a posability for me right now. It almost looks like you could swap the bases without too much trouble? If there has been a previous thread on this I couldn't find it. All input is greatly appreciated.

The carriage itself wouldn't fit and the lathes turn opposition directions, requiring further changes to the thread feed parts. Not saying it can't be done, but would likely take more than a simple modification.

that's a nice copy, will the carriage slide up/down the blank smoothly? Re: Renzetti Thread carrage

I took the rollers from the pack bay thread carraige, and the one roller in the back that i use for support came from a slidding door...... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
