Ran across 2 older St Croix blanks and cant really dig any info up on them.
SG-70MH ......Obviously it is 7' Med Hvy but no other details that i can dig up on it, GR-70L .....As above obviously a 7' Light Any one have any specifics or what the intended use for them would be? Got em for next to nothing so figured either i could just throw something together or let my 11 y.o son who is just getting into building use them but any recommendations would be appreciated. Here is the information out of a 1998 St Croix Blanks Catalog:
SG70HM Bass/Pike/Salt 7" Med Heavy Mod Fast 12-30 # Line 3/8 - 1 oz butt .665 tip 7 weight 4.3 oz $39 SG1 S Glass construction. As an Aside, I have a GC70MH, the factory rod based on that blank, and its one of my favorite.for topwater and frog fishing for bass and trolling for pike. Enjoy, Its a beauty. :) Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
