Is it permissable or even recommended to slightly bend the angle of the main butt guide on the Microwave system so that the butt guide is aimed more directly at the second guide? Re: Question on Microwave Angle

I just built 3 rods up using microwave guides and actually thaught the same thing but didn't bother they cast great smooth as silk. Re: Question on Microwave Angle

Hi Andy,
You really don’t need to bend or alter the angle of the guides. We did quite a bit of this ourselves during the initial testing. Although as Mark said, they cast really well as is, you could adjust the position of the transition guide to change the line angle but we found the current spacing ideal for function during that testing.
