Agree with everything said above.Tom was even kind enough to send out a bunch of stuff to Col to hand out
at our SEARBs meeting.So in my books hes a top bloke.And so are all the builders who take their time to reply
to all the questions.

Couldn't agree more with everything that's been said. Mike has nailed it, without those rules and policing of them then this forum may not be what it is. There is a great bunch of builders here who are more than willing to share whatever they know and everyone keeps learning.
Tom has had the right ideas from the start and it has progressed from them.
His contribution to the rodbuilding craft is second to none!! and it keeps getting better.

Great comments here. This group shares information and it is a win/win. If we all produce a quality product, then Joe fisherman is more inclined to fork over his hard earn money to purchase one of our rods rather than going to Wal Mart and only paying $30 for a rod anyone can own. This is a good business to be a part of and it is because we all work together to make it that way.
